150g sliced pancetta (you can also use chopped bacon, prosciutto or even salami)
1 kg baby brussels sprouts, trimmed
3 Tbsp grated parmesan
In a frying pan, cook pancetta over medium heat until crispy.
Steam brussels sprouts for 6-8 minutes, until tender. Toss with pancetta. Put in a serving dish, and sprinkle with parmesan to serve.
