4 Tbsp cream cheese, softened
4 slices leftover white bread
2 Tbsp leftover cranberry sauce
1 cup thinly sliced leftover cold cooked turkey meat
¼ cup leftover cold roast turkey stuffing
8 slices leftover brie
½ cup rocket leaves
1 Tbsp leftover finely chopped pistachios
20g butter, softened
Leftover potato chips, to serve
Preheat a sandwich press.
Spread cream cheese on one side of 2 slices of bread and spread cranberry sauce on remaining 2. Top cranberry sauce with turkey, stuffing, brie, rocket and pistachios, then sandwich with cream cheese bread. Butter each side of each sandwich.
Toast sandwiches in preheated sandwich press for 4 minutes, or until golden and toasted. Serve immediately with chips on the side.
