After rescuing English Pointer Nora, Canadian mum of three Elizabeth Spence said the dog was scared of everyone and struggled to fit into her new family.
That is until her son Archie was born. The pair instantly formed a bond and now Elizabeth documents their blossoming friendship on Instagram.
Elizabeth credits Archie's laid-back attitude for why Nora took a shining to him.
“Archie is an extremely laid-back, happy, good-natured baby and all the animals seem to really respond to that, particularly Nora,” she told pet website, Dodo.
“She came from an abusive background and is afraid of almost everything. Not Archie, though. She absolutely adores him!
“If Archie is having a bath, Nora is lying on the bathmat waiting for him to get out. If I’m nursing him she wants up on my lap, too.”
