What better way to celebrate the end of a working week than with a cocktail, or two? Toast to the holidays with this classic sweet tipple.

Method

1.

In a blender, puree 2 seeded, chopped ripe peaches with lime juice until smooth. Divide between 8 champagne glasses. Top with chilled sparkling white wine or champagne. Serve with extra sliced peaches.
