Ingredients
8 slices thick-cut sourdough bread
2 cloves garlic, halved
2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Sea-salt flakes and freshly ground black pepper, to season
Juice of ½ lemon
Method

Toast bread over a hot grill until lightly blackened. Rub with garlic.

Drizzle with oil, season and drizzle with lemon juice. Serve immediately.
