How do I redeem Woolworths promo codes?
- Select the promo code or deal you want to use here and you’ll be taken to the Woolworths website.
- Add items to your cart and go to the checkout.
- Enter the code in the “Promo code” field (it’s before payment details), and “Apply”.
- Your order will then show the applied offer.
Keep in mind that some deals don’t require a promo code. Most of these will automatically be applied before you pay. Just make sure you scan your loyalty card or enter the details online if the offer is through Everyday Rewards or Everyday Extra.

How do we find the best Woolworths deals?
Our team regularly check the Woolworths website and other sources to find the latest offers. To make it easier for you to shop them, we put each Woolworths promo code and offer here, and check to make sure they work. We also check the fine print and add any key details, such as a minimum spend or fee, so that it’s easy to choose which deals you want to use.
How often does Woolworths have sales?
Woolworths has weekly sales and specials, with most catalogue deals starting on Wednesdays. If you want to plan your shop around these specials, you can preview a digital version of the catalogue on the Monday before the specials are available.
When you’re shopping online, you’ll also find deals and sales through Everyday Market, where you can shop a wider range of products such as kitchen appliances and homewares. Sales through Everyday Market aren’t as regular but you can find great seasonal deals in the big shopping events, such as during Black Friday and Boxing Day.
Delivery, payment and returns
Does Woolworths offer free delivery?
Woolworths supermarket orders over $250 get free delivery, except if you choose a 1-hour delivery window or Delivery Now. But if Delivery Now is available, you can get free delivery on your first shop if you spend at least $100.
You can also get free deliveries on orders over $75 if you sign up for Unlimited Delivery. This service costs $15 per month or $99 per year, with a 30-day free trial.
If you’re shopping online, keep in mind that Everyday Market items are sold through Woolworths partners and shipped separately. This means they have different delivery fees and times. But you can get free delivery on eligible Everyday Market orders over $50.
It’s also worth noting that there may be additional fees for remote areas and bulky items. So it’s a good idea to log into your account to get accurate fee details.
How long does delivery take?
You can choose delivery times for Woolworths supermarket orders when you’re shopping online. Options could include the same day, the next day or a few days later if that’s what works for you.
Keep in mind that most deliveries are made within a window of time, typically between 1 to 5 hours. For example, between 5pm and 8pm or between 10am and 12pm.
For Everyday Market items, it depends on the market partner’s delivery process, so you’ll be given an estimated delivery time.
Does Woolworths offer click and collect?
You can choose click and collect for your groceries, which is free with a minimum spend of $50. There are two options:
- “Pick up” to collect it at a Woolworths supermarket.
- “Direct to boot” to have a team member bring it to your car (where available).
What is Woolworths returns policy?
You can ask for a refund if you’re not happy with fresh food you’ve bought at Woolworths thanks to the Fresh and Free guarantee. This includes for online orders – you can submit a claim through the website or app. You can also get a refund for faulty or damaged products.
As of September 1, 2024, Woolworths Supermarkets don’t offer refunds on change-of-mind purchases. But if it’s within 30 days of your purchase, you may be able to return and exchange items.
There is a different policy for Everyday Market purchases. In most cases, you can return these for any reason within 30 days of the purchase, with no additional fee if you return it to the Everyday Market partner via standard domestic shipping. One exception is products purchased through HealthyLife Pharmacy.
Can I use buy now pay later?
Woolworths and Everyday Market don’t accept payment from Afterpay or other buy now pay later apps. But if you have PayPal you may be able to use its Pay in 4 option. Other ways to pay include Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards, gift cards and cash if you’re shopping in store.
