Does Catch offer free delivery?
Unless you’re a OnePass member, delivery fees usually apply for Catch orders. Standard delivery costs start from $7.95 in metro areas, or $7.88 for express shipping when it’s available.
You can check out the different fees on the Catch website, or get more accurate details when you’re at the checkout.
But keep in mind that products sold by Marketplace Sellers will be shipped directly. So check the shipping details on a listing or before you make a payment.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery from Catch takes around 2-5 business days in metro areas and express delivery takes 1-3 days. Allow a bit more time if you’re in a regional or remote area.
Marketplace Sellers also give you an estimated delivery time based on their own shipping processes.
Does Catch offer click and collect?
Catch offers click and collect for eligible purchases at selected Target, Kmart and KHub stores, as well as selected Australia Post outlets. Just choose Pick Up if it’s available for your order.
While it’s not free, this option is often cheaper than what you’ll pay for delivery.
What is Catch’s returns policy?
For change-of-mind returns, you can get a store credit or exchange your items within 14 days from when they’re delivered.
But if you’re a OnePass member, you’ll get a whole year to return eligible items if you change your mind thanks to the 365 day returns benefit. Just keep in mind that tech and electrical goods, seasonal products (e.g. Christmas trees) and items from Marketplace Sellers are excluded.
If there’s something wrong with an order, such as damaged items, you may be entitled to a refund or replacement under Australian Consumer Law. Contact Catch as soon as possible to discuss a return under these circumstances.
Does Catch offer buy now pay later?
If you want to pay off what you buy in instalments, you can use Afterpay or Zip. Other ways to pay include PayPal Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards and gift cards.
