Ingredients
• 250g unsalted butter, softened
• 110g caster sugar
• 80g condensed milk
• 300g plain flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 11⁄2 cups popped natural popcorn
• 1⁄2 cup white chocolate, melted, cooled, to decorate

Preheat oven to 160°C. Line 2 oven trays with baking paper. Put butter and sugar in the bowl of an electric mixer and beat on medium, using paddle attachment, for 3 minutes or until creamy. Add milk. Beat until smooth. Sift in flour and baking powder. Fold in popcorn.

Shape tablespoons of the mixture into balls and arrange on prepared trays. Flatten balls into rounds and bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden. Transfer to a wire rack to cool.

Drizzle over melted white chocolate and serve.
