Calling all smashed avo lovers: a pop-up avocado café is coming to Sydney this November.
'Good Fat' - a pop-up café by the Australian Avocados crew - will be opening it's temporary doors in Surry Hills next week, much to the delight of avo fans throughout the city.
If you're a legit brunch fan with avocado change to burn and no delusions of ever purchasing a home in Sydney, this is *the* event for you. The folks behind 'Good Fat' are bringing a 20-item strong menu to their pop-up, with some seriously ~trendy~ options for customers. Chef Liam Crawley will be dropping a range of avocado-heavy dishes, including an avocado cornetto and avocado smoothie bowl.
But that's not even the best news, the team are actually advertising on Seek right now for a professional avocado lover to be the Head Of Avo Control.
WE KID YOU NOT, PEOPLE! As Head of Avo Control your job will be to taste test each of the 20 avocado dishes on the menu before Good Fat opens its doors to the public on November 2nd. If you are a fan of avocado, and are available on 31 October – 2 November, then you can head over and apply right now.
Good Fat will open its doors for breakfast, lunch, and dinner at 355 Crown Street Surry Hills, on the 2nd of November and will stick around until the 30th of November.
Get keen, Sydneysiders, we'll catch you there.
