36 pork chipolata sausages
12 rashers streaky bacon
Method

Preheat oven to 160 degrees C fan-forced (180 degrees C conventional). Line an oven tray with baking paper.

Arrange chipolatas in groups of 3. Wrap one rasher of bacon around each to form bundles (add a sprig of thyme if desired) and secure with toothpicks. Put on tray.

Bake for 20 minutes or, if roasting a turkey or chicken, add to roasting pan around turkey for the last 20 minutes of cooking. Serve hot.
