12 Patties Vegetarian Quiches Caramelised Onion & Cheddar Cheese
Cherry tomatoes, quartered
1 large bocconcini, sliced or 1 tub of cherry bocconcini
1 bunch basil leaves
Prepare the Patties Vegetarian Quiches Caramelised Onion & Cheddar Cheese following the packet directions and remove from oven. Allow quiches to cool for 5 minutes.
On the heated quiches, place one leaf of basil, a slice of bocconcini, and top with a piece of cherry tomato. Serve.
