Finger food to get any party started! - by Ellie Vernon

Cheat’s mini quiches
Prep: 5 Minutes - Serves 12
Proudly supported by

Mini quiches are the perfect party food. Bite-sized and delicious, you can make them for vegetarians or meat-lovers and they can go from brunch to afternoon tea or a party or barbecue.

You can use filo pastry to make your own mini quiches in about half an hour, or create a gluten-free version of the classic Quiche Lorraine.

But if you really want to save time, you can use this hack to turn supermarket quiches into fabulous finger food.

Ingredients

12 Patties Vegetarian Quiches Caramelised Onion & Cheddar Cheese

Cherry tomatoes, quartered

1 large bocconcini, sliced or 1 tub of cherry bocconcini

1 bunch basil leaves

Method

  1. Prepare the Patties Vegetarian Quiches Caramelised Onion & Cheddar Cheese following the packet directions and remove from oven. Allow quiches to cool for 5 minutes.

  2. On the heated quiches, place one leaf of basil, a slice of bocconcini, and top with a piece of cherry tomato. Serve.
