Ingredients
2 hot cross buns, halved
4 tbs Milo
2 scoops Milo ice cream
Method

Preheat barbecue flat plate on medium heat. Place hot cross bun halves cut side down on flat plate and cook for 3-4 minutes or until toasted. Transfer to a serving plate.

Place milo in a medium mixing bowl. Transfer 1 scoop of the ice-cream to the bowl, then turn the bowl in a circular motion until ice-cream is coated in milo. Transfer to a serving plate and repeat with remaining ice-cream scoop.

Place coated ice-cream scoops between toasted hot cross buns and serve immediately.
