According to the job post, key responsibilities include: tasting and developing a deep appreciation for chocolate, gum and lollies from around the world; producing a personalised batch of chewing gum; and contributing to the brand's social media platforms.
In order to apply for this sweet gig, you must be 21 or older, "but possesses the mindset of a kid in a candy shop", have strong writing and communication skills, and be a dab hand at photo and video editing.
Other quirky desirable qualities include the ability to:
1. Distinguish all five fruity flavours from the Skittles rainbow in a blind taste-test
2. Demonstrate the willpower to write about and photograph candy without eating it before the work is complete
3. Blow bubbles with chewing gum that are greater than 5" in diameter
4. Be a strong entrepreneur and self-starter, preferably someone who isn't afraid to ring every doorbell in every neighbourhood on Halloween
And while we'd happily put our hands up for an unpaid internship if it meant we got to spend the summer playing Willy Wonka, the #WorldsSweetestInternship is a paid position, with a signing bonus of one year's worth of lollies.
Please excuse us while we go and practice our gum bubbles.
