Malted jaffa hot chocolate

3 cups milk
Finely grated zest of 2 oranges
½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup malted milk powder
¼ cup cocoa powder
6 extra-large marshmallows
¼ cup chocolate sauce
Whipped cream, shaved chocolate, mini-marshmallows, to garnish
1. Combine milk, orange zest, sugar, malted milk powder and cocoa in a medium saucepan over a low heat. Cook, whisking regularly, for 5 minutes or until cocoa has dissolved. Add 2 large marshmallows and mix with a stick blender until foamy.
2. Pipe chocolate sauce into 4 glasses, pour in hot chocolate mix, then top each with a large marshmallow. Garnish with whipped cream, shaved chocolate and mini-marshmallows. Serve.
