Omit Step 5. Follow Steps 6–8, spooning layers into a 2L capacity freezer-proof container. Follow Step 9 to make jam and chocolate sauces.
To serve, scoop ice-cream mixture into chilled tall glasses, omit the cream, drizzle over sauces and decorate with fresh cherries and candied coconut shards.
