After chucking in her corporate job to give hat making a go, Laura Hall’s business was taking off. Her first sale was to Sydney Swan legend, Jarrad McVeigh and her second, to Delta Goodrem! Since then she’s sold to the likes of Elsa Pataky, Matt Damon and even fashion icon Collette Dinnigan. But with the onset of Covid, her world was upended, quite literally, as she returned home to her family in the country town of Scone.
The lifestyle has inspired her new range of hats and now with the business flourishing, Joh hangs out with Laura for the day, gets a tour of Scone, her store and workshop. Joh might even be convinced to finally upgrade her own trusty old hat.
