How to line a round pie tin with baking paper

Cooking oil spray

Baking paper

Method

  1. Grease base and sides of pie tin with cooking oil spray. 

    Step @stepIndex

    Step 1   

  2. Line with two 5cm-thick strips of baking paper to create a cross.

    Step 2   

  3. Line base of pie tin with a round of baking paper. 

    Step @stepIndex

    Step 3   

  4. Once ready, remove tart or pie from tin, using baking paper to lift out.

    Step 4
