For some, once their brows have been over plucked, it can be difficult to get them to grow back.
Before spending big bucks on products claiming to ‘revitalise’ your non-existent brows, there’s a cheaper way: castor oil.
Some might remember the oil as the horrible liquid they were force fed as kids for its health benefits, but it also works wonders for your brows.
Castor oil contains omega 6 essential fatty acids, vitamin E, as well as other vitamins, making it great for promoting hair growth.
Using a small bristled brush, massage the oil into your brows for around five-six minutes after washing your face but before any skin treatments – every day.
The best part is, castor oil should only set you back around $6.
Better Homes and Gardens Beauty Editor, Annie Millar says massaging the affected area is a great way to promote hair growth.
While working on your brow growth, Annie says you can make even the scarcest of brows look great.
"Adding a tiny bit of colour for definition can make thin, shapeless brows more flattering."
