Ingredients
3 cups cornflakes
½ cup mini marshmallows
½ cup toasted, shredded coconut
⅓ cup white chocolate bits
50g butter
2 Tbsp honey
Method

Preheat oven to 160°. Line a 12-hole muffin pan with paper cases. In a large bowl, combine cornflakes, mini marshmallows, shredded coconut and white chocolate bits.

In a saucepan, melt butter and honey. Cool. Pour into bowl and mix well.

Spoon mixture into cases. Bake in moderately slow oven, 160°, for 5 minutes. Cool in pan.
