Inner city living means high density and utilising space with clever design ideas is non-negotiable. And that’s just what the owners of this Victorian-era terrace have done. Despite building over the backyard area, they created a tiered “falling gardens” design giving each level access to its own outdoor space. The classic façade was kept intact to give the home character, but once inside, it opens up into a modern marvel.
