If you dabble with the tipple of the vino variety here and there but don’t quite consider yourself a collector, your wine fridge doesn’t need to be able to house a slew of bottles. All you need is something on the smaller side – a small wine fridge, if you will.
With minimised vibration, controlled humidity and ranging for eight to thirty five bottle capacity on average, these bad boys are great for chilling your favourite vintages and having crowd-pleasing bottles on hand for entertaining. Just set the temperature to 6-8°C for sparkling, 8-13°C for whites, 15-18°C for reds – or 12°C if you don’t play favourites.
Below we take a look at some of the best small wine fridges currently on the market that’ll make you the host with the most.

Is a wine fridge the same as a mini fridge?
While both have the ability to chill perishables, wine fridges and mini fridges differ in purpose. Wine fridges maintain specific temperature and humidity ideal for long-term wine storage, while mini fridges have wider ranges good for general cooling but not ideal for wine. A wine fridge is a specialised fridge while a mini fridge is more versatile.
