How to get the most out of $50 at Target

The best buys for your home.

Target has released its spring 2019 collection and we think it’s a winner, featuring luxe looks at affordable prices.

But where do you start your search for new home decor? What are the star products that will work hard in your home for years to come? Which pieces have solid design bones?

Here, we’ve taken $50 and done the shopping for you.

1. Large Bodhi reactive footed pot, $25

For $25, this pot goes a long way in terms of style and function. Featuring reactive glaze that has a handcrafted artisan look, it looks way more expensive than its price tag. We’ve seen similar styles elsewhere for upwards of $50.

2. Bamboo serving tray, $15

This round bamboo serving tray will work hard when you’re entertaining and passing around drinks and hors d’oeuvres. At other times, you can use it around your home to anchor disparate objects, like on your coffee table. Fill the tray with a pile of books, a vase of flowers and a candle for an eye-catching and pulled-together vignette.

3. Utensil jar, $9

Just after one thing?

If you’re after one item to give your home a fresh new look for spring, our money is on the jute round rug with tassels ($49)
