Australian skincare and home fragrance brand Aesop appears in every home across the country. Their luxe botanic formulations of hand soap and moisturisers sit atop many a bathroom vanity and their skincare products have been popular Christmas gifts for friends and family for years. Now Aesop has taken their brand to a new level and launched a luxe new homewares product.
The product is a one kilogram bras oil burner that could pass as a piece of art in your home, while simultaneously filling your space with fresh scents. The oil burner is a collaboration between Aesop and Henry Wilson, who actually designed two of their gorgeous stores, and is made using old world wax casting processes that make the oil burner feel handmade.
Wilson told Broadsheet:
“Aesop has always supplied essential oils and burned them in their stores, and they were having a lot of requests for an oil burner; customers were asking if they could suggest one to use, but nothing was quite right. It was an opportunity to design something specifically.”
The oil burner is $195 and available from September 24 in store and online.
