Ingredients
1/2 cup Lentil Flour
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 tsp vanilla extract
Method

Preheat oven to 180ºC. Line two baking trays with baking paper.

In a medium bowl, mix all the ingredients until well combined.

Drop tablespoons of mixture 3cm apart onto trays. Flatten.

Bake for 10 minutes or until slightly golden. Allow to cool on trays.
