Great news: A boozy new invention is making our dreams come true.
Hangar 1 has released a rosé-flavoured vodka and according to Bon Appétit, it tastes like “rosé with higher proof…or vodka watered down slightly with rosé.” It was also described as having “an appealing roundness of flavour with a bit of crisp fruitiness and floral notes” which also leaves a slight bubblegum aftertaste.
The website describe the product as a unique blend of ultra-premium vodka and real California rosé wine, and is an evolution of the company’s fresh approach to vodka-making. Apparently, rosé is best enjoyed on the rocks or in refreshing cocktails such as a spritzer or sangria.
Delicate, pale and brilliant pink in colour, the concoction smells floral with notes of honeycrisp apple, sweet pea blossoms, and a hint of oak. and it looks as good as it tastetes, apparently, Hangar 1 describing the taste as “silky and soft, with notes of berry and wood, and a crisp acidity”.

The opportunities are endless, think millennial pink shots, pink-hued cocktails and don’t even get us started on the Instagram opps. Hangar 1 Rosé is available at Reserve Bar online.
We’ll take a case, please.
