Pasta salad with prawns and garden greens

Fast Ed’s heading to Queensland’s picturesque Mackay region for a bit of sunshine and lots of good food. Mackay is known for its fishing spots and great seafood, so Ed’s first stop is a tiger prawn farm, where he’ll be cooking a pasta salad inspired by the south of Italy.
