Under an hour southwest of Perth, Mandurah is home to some of the most beautiful waterways in the country, over 130 bird species and a growing population of wild dolphins…but that’s not why Fast Ed is stopping by. He’s here for the crabs! The town’s Crab Fest draws over 100,000 visitors each year, so Fast Ed’s here to taste-test the crustacean which gives the festival its name. Along the way, he’ll be cooking up some very crabby recipes including a Yellow Curry of Crab and Ginger and Buttered Bream with Tea-Smoked Pork and Garden Greens.
