After exploring the beaches of the Sunshine Coast, Ed heads inland to the gorgeous hills
district of Maleny where he meets local chef and food adventurer Daniel Jarrett, who’s
setting the benchmark for what makes the Sunshine Coast a world food destination. Ed then
pays a visit to his local mushroom supplier and uses the incredible flavours of wild and
exotic mushrooms to master the perfect spring roll: full of flavour, crisp and elegant!
