Ingredients
2 small naan breads
1 Tbsp vegetable or sunflower oil
2 free-range eggs
4 Tbsp low-fat cream cheese
2 Tbsp mango chutney
1 avocado, halved and sliced
Juice of half a lime
1 green chilli, thinly sliced
Small handful of coriander, leaves picked
Method

Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius fan-forced, or 200 degrees for conventional. Place naan on oven tray. Bake for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, heat oil in a medium frying pan on high heat. Fry eggs until cooked to taste. Spread warm naan with cream cheese and drizzle with chutney. Add a fried egg to each naan and top with avocado, juice, chilli and coriander. Season.
