Yellow is arguably one of the brightest and happiest on the colour spectrum which is why it is the perfect colour if you’re looking to liven up space. When you think of the colour yellow you probably think of lemons, smiley faces, daffodils, old English mustard and rubber ducks but decor is so much fancier than that! 

Yellow is in the international colour of happiness so it makes sense to use it in your decor, home and fashion choices. But as yellow is such a strong and often vibrant colour it needs to be used mindfully. Here is a list of colours and schemes that go with your favourite yellow. 

1. Light and bright
