Ingredients
1 ½ cup chilled cranberry juice
½ cup Grand Marnier
¼ cup lime juice

In a large jug, combine cranberry juice, Grand Marnier and lime juice. Cut lime rind into 5mm strips. Squeeze a piece over 8 champagne flutes to release essential oils. Place in glass.

Divide cranberry mixture between flutes. Top with chilled sparkling wine or champagne.
