Introducing the Pho-groni – a Negroni and Vietnamese noodle soup combination that will be sold at Uncle’s in Melbourne from June 5.
Restaurant manager, Pete Siganato, and chef, Dai Duong dreamed up the drool-worthy meal for Negroni Week.
It’s made by soaking gin in a mix of ginger, coriander seeds and anise. Campari, vermouth and water is added and then it’s left for three to four months for flavour.
