Most of the time, winter means staying indoors, rugged-up with a nice cuppa tea (and these are the best teas to have on-hand!), a good movie or book - or better yet, magazine! - but, if either of those fail, picking-up the knitting needles and a good ball of yarn for a soothing knit is always a good option. These scarves can be hemmed by hand using hemming stitch, matching thread and a hand sewing needle. The wool can be hand stitched by stitching over the wool to hold in place. Cosy!
