Ingredients
1 cup diced store-bought chocolate butter cake
8 slices white bread
1 cup tinned pitted black cherries in syrup, drained
¼ cup milk chocolate chips
2 Tbsp cherry jam
Softened butter, to spread
Method

Preheat a 2-slice jaffle maker. Arrange cake on 4 of the bread slices. Top with cherries, chocolate and jam, then sandwich with remaining bread slices.

Spread the outside face of each sandwich with a little butter. Cook 2 sandwiches at a time in hot jaffle maker for about 3-5 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool for 2 minutes as contents will be very hot. Serve.
