The best and worst places to sell property in Australia

A new survey of 17,000 Australians conducted by real estate agent review website, RateMyAgent, has identified the top 10 happiest and top 10 unhappiest suburbs in Australia, in terms of satisfaction with the sale of their home.

The report found that Aussie home sellers’ happiness has increased across the country, reaching levels not seen since July 2018 and suggesting recovery of the slumped property market.

RateMyAgent’s latest Price Expectation Report is the largest home seller survey conducted in Australia. The survey asks successful vendors if the sale price achieved was above, below or in line with their expectations – and results showed an increase nationally in overall sale price satisfaction.
