The Sizzler Annerley in Brisbane's south is serving its last plate from its buffet-style eating, wrapping-up years worth of its touted all kinds of goodness.
It's the latest to be given the gong in a long line of Sizzler restaurant closures, with the brand's owner, Collins Foods, only having wrapped-up the operation of another Brisbane Sizzler at Brookside months ago. Following on from the announcement that the restaurant in Toowong would close, it leaves only a few of the establishments left standing, with Sydney, for example whittled down to only one left in Campbelltown.
D-Day for Sizzler Annerley is Sunday 2 July, after which time the site will be open to repurposing.
It's a sad day for Sizzler lovers!
