Think ahead for these recipes, as the homemade dough needs to rise for 45 to 60 minutes before baking.
Ingredients
Olive oil or non-stick cooking spray
2 cups plain flour
7g active dry yeast
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. sea salt
1 Tbsp. olive oil
2/3 cup warm water
Method

Coat a medium bowl with oil. In a food processor combine flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. With food processor running, add 1 Tbsp. oil then the warm water, processing until a dough forms. Remove and shape into a smooth ball.

Place dough in prepared bowl, turning to grease surface of dough. Cover bowl with cling wrap. Let rise in a warm place until double in size (45 to 60 minutes).
Garlic-Herb Crust
Prepare dough as directed, except in Step 1 add 1 Tbsp. dried Italian seasoning, and 2 cloves garlic, minced, to the flour mixture.
