Carriageworks will be transformed into a wine and gin bar, and cheese wonderland, with stalls selling all sorts of stinky yet delightful mounds of cheese, from 10:30am to 6:30pm each day. But the real star of the show is the free 60-metre tasting table loaded with more than one tonne of cheese, showcasing more than 20 varieties.
That’s right – free entry and free cheese!
The festival will also be holding cheese masterclasses so you can learn how to match cheese to wine, how to tell the difference between varieties.
And if this wasn’t enough to entice you to go, there will also be exclusive festival dishes by Koi Dessert Bar, BL Burgers and Loluk Bistro.
Although entry is free, you’ll need to register for a session (5.30–7pm on Friday, or 10.30am–2pm and 2.30-6.30pm on Saturday and Sunday) via the website.
