Vaseline has become a common bathroom staple, but there are many ways you can use the petroleum jelly.
See some uncommon ways you can use the jelly below.
1. Help remove a stuck ring
If you struggle to remove rings from your fingers (a common issue when worn over the years) you can use Vaseline to help pull it off more easily.
2. Cracked heels
Painful feet is something we can all do without. Applying Vaseline to your feet can help make your cracked heels feel more smoother and less dry.
3. Hide split ends
Hide away the imperfections and apply a tiny amount of Vaseline to pat down those split ends.
4. Avoid shampoo getting in your eyes
If you constantly get shampoo in your eyes you can put some Vaseline on your eyebrows to guide the water away from your eyes.
5. Rust prevention
Prevent common items such as nails and door handles from rusting by applying Vaseline to stop rust formation.
6. Sore nose
If you have a flu or have recently overcome one, you can often end up with a dry red nose.
Relieve the pain by applying some around the nostrils.
7. Fix damaged furniture
While stylish, wood furniture can build up marks and scratches over the course of time. Vaseline again comes in handy here as you can simply apply over unwanted marks.
Leave for at least 24 hours before washing away then apply some polish as a final touch.
