Ingredients
4 cups Milo
4 eggs
100g sweetened condensed milk
½ cup chocolate sprinkles
1 cup milk
100g chocolate, finely chopped
150g caster sugar
3 cups frozen berries
Double cream, to serve

Combine 2 cups Milo, eggs and sweetened condensed milk into a bowl and whisk thoroughly until very light and foamy. Pour into four well-oiled 1½ cup ramekins, scatter with chocolate sprinkles, cover with cling film, then set in a steamer basket and cook for 40 minutes.

Meanwhile, mix the remaining Milo and milk in a saucepan and simmer until dissolved. Whisk in the chocolate. Heat the sugar in a second saucepan until caramelised, then add the berries, place the lid on, and set aside to cool.

Spoon berries onto plates, gently unmould the puddings and set on top, then finish with chocolate sauce and double cream.
